A technically advanced epoxy cement self-smoothing composite used as a surface damp proof underlayment. Permeable to water vapour and tolerates up to 99% relative humidity. Low odour installation, non-toxic, and phthalate-free formulation. Optional slip resistant profile can be achieved.
Self-levelling is a single-component high-performance levelling underlayment manufactured from rapid-setting shrinkage-compensated cement and selected aggregates designed with high flow properties when added to water to produce a smooth and durable floor surface prior to the fixing of floor coverings with minimum installation time. Self-levelling is ideal for residential and light commercial installations.
Floor coverings can be fixed after 24 hours, depending on application thickness and ambient conditions, once the moisture content of the floor has been tested and confirmed suitable to receive the intended floor covering.
When adding SCREEDBINDER, it is also suitable for use as a protective barrier over under tile heating elements.
Blended with hard-wearing aggregates, modified cement and additives which produces an abrasion resistant, impact resistant, 10-40mm floor overlay system, Provides a functional, dense concrete finish of industrial strength and durability.
